The Damallsvenskan 2003 was the 16th season of Damallsvenskan , the top division in Swedish women's football . The games took place between April 12th and October 25th, 2003.

Djurgården / Älvsjö was able to bring the title to the Swedish capital in the first season after the merger. Victoria Svensson from Djurgården / Älvsjö won the title of “Skyttedrottningar” (top scorer) . She scored 23 goals and was named top scorer for the third time.
