The Damallsvenskan 2017 was the 30th season of the Damallsvenskan , the top division in the Swedish women's football . The games took place between April 16 and November 12, 2017. The champions were Linköpings FC , which won the Swedish championship for the third time. The top scorer was the Malawian Tabitha Chawinga from Kvarnsvedens IK with 25 goals this season. The relegation places occupied Kvarnsvedens IK and KIF Örebro . Växjö DFF and IFK Kalmar rose from the second-class Elitettan .
