The Damallsvenskan 1991 was the 4th season of the Damallsvenskan , the top division in Swedish women's football . The games took place between April 20 and October 5, 1991. A play-off round followed .

Although Öxabäck IF won the regular season, Malmö FF was able to prevail in the play-offs. As in the previous year, Lena Videkull from Malmö FF won the title of “Skyttedrottningar” (top scorer) with 28 goals.
