The Karlslunds IF Örebro (short: KIF Örebro ) is a football club in the Swedish town of Örebro . The association was founded in 1971. The women's football department KIF Örebro DFF (Damfotbollsförening) played in Damallsvenskan , the top division in Swedish women's football , until 2017 . After relegation, the women have been playing in the second-highest league Elitettan since 2018 .

The club plays its home games in the Behrn Arena . The women were trained by Giorgos Papachristou until July 2016. On July 25, 2016, Martin Skogman took over the coaching position, who was previously assistant coach at Eskilstuna City .

The players wear red jerseys and blue pants.

In 2010, KIF Örebro won the Swedish Women's Football Cup by beating Djurgården Damfotboll 4-1 in the final .
