The constituency of Nordhausen I (constituency 3) is a state electoral district in Thuringia .
The constituency includes the communities of Bleicherode , Buchholz , Ellrich , Görsbach , Großlohra , Harztor , Harzungen , Heringen / Helme , Herrmannsacker , Hohenstein , Kehmstedt , Kleinfurra , Lipprechterode , Neustadt / Harz , Niedergebra , Sollstedt , Urbach and Werther from the Nordhausen district , i.e. all municipalities of the district except the city of Nordhausen itself. In the state elections in 1990, the constituency of Nordhausen I still included the city of Nordhausen and some surrounding communities.
