From the district of Weimarer Land, it includes the communities Am Ettersberg , Bad Berka , Ballstedt , Bechstedtstraß , Blankenhain , Buchfart , Daasdorf a. Mountains , Döbritschen , Ettersburg , Frankendorf , Großschwabhausen , Hammerstedt , Hetschburg , Hohenfelden , Hopfgarten , Ilm Valley Wine Route (only the districts Leutenthal and Rohrbach ) Isseroda , Kapellendorf , Kiliansroda , Kleinschwabhausen , Klettbach , Kranichfeld , Lehnstedt , Magdala , Mechelroda , Mellingen , Mönchenholzhausen , Nauendorf , Neumark , Niederzimmer , Nohra , OETT , Ottstedt a. Berge , Rittersdorf , Tonndorf , Troistedt , Umpferstedt , Vollersroda and Wiegendorf as well as the municipalities of Rudolstadt from the district of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt (only the districts of Ammelstädt , Breitenheerda , Eschdorf , Geitersdorf , Haufeld , Heilsberg , Milbitz , Remda , Sundremda , Teichel , Teichröda and Treppendorf ) and Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel . In the 1994 state elections, the constituency was still called Weimar-Land I / Schwarzakreis III .
