From the Ilm district it includes the communities Alkersleben , Amt Wachsenburg , Arnstadt , Bösleben-Wüllersleben , Dornheim , Elleben , Elxleben , Geratal (excluding the Geraberg district ), Osthausen-Wülfershausen , Plaue (excluding the Neusiß district ), Rockhausen , Stadtilm and Witzleben and from the independent city of Suhl the district of Gehlberg .
