Pauline Louise Hammarlund (born May 7, 1994 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish football player .
Career
societies
Hammarlund started playing football at Skogås-Trångsunds FF. In 2010 she made her debut in the Swedish Damallsvenskan for Tyresö FF , with whom she won the championship in 2012 and reached the final of the Swedish Cup . By the end of the 2012 season she made a total of 25 league appearances for Tyresö, but only as a substitute. In 2013 she moved to Linköpings FC within the league and to Piteå IF a year later . At Piteå, she quickly became a regular player and in 2015, with 16 league goals, played a major role in reaching third place in the table and thus the best season in the club's history. The striker has been under contract with Kopparbergs / Göteborg FC since 2016 .
National team
In 2012, Hammerlund was part of the 18-strong Swedish squad that won the U-19 European Championship in Turkey and was used in all five tournament games. In 2013 she qualified with the team again for the European Championship finals, but retired there after the group stage.
On September 17, 2015, she made her debut against the Moldovan selection as part of qualifying for the 2017 European Championship for the senior national team and scored her first goal in this game with the goal to make it 3-0. At the 2016 Olympic football tournament she was nominated after the quarter-finals due to an injury to Fridolina Rolfö and came in the final, which the team lost 2-1 to the German selection , after being substituted for Kosovare Asllani from the 68th minute for her only tournament appearance.
