Mieczysław Łomowski
Mieczysław Łomowski (born September 19, 1914 in Vilnius , † October 15, 1969 near Gniew ) was a Polish shot putter and discus thrower .
In the discus he was eliminated from the qualification at the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 and came fourth at the 1948 Olympic Games in London.
He was three times Polish champion in the shot put (1947-1949) and five times in discus throw (1947-1949, 1951, 1953).
