The Paul Schadewitz apartment building is located in the Radebeul district of the Saxon town of Radebeul , at Pestalozzistraße 21. It was built in 1902/1903 based on a design by the architect Oskar Menzel .

The enclosure together under monument protection standing tenement , as a rental villa called, is a three-storey residential building with a hipped roof . It stands on the north side of Pestalozzistraße, on the other side of which the tracks of the Lößnitzgrundbahn run along.

In the almost symmetrical, five-axis street view, there is a single-axis risalit with an elaborate house entrance in the middle . The seating niche portal is accompanied on both sides by columns that support a strong cornice. On this there are obelisks above the outer columns . In the middle between these there is an upright oval window, which is adorned in the lower two thirds by plastic ornaments. The date ANNO DOM can be found in the spandrels . 1903 . The risalit widens to a half-timbered bay window three axes wide at the level of the attic. The arched loggias under a half-hipped roof attached to the side are supported on the outside by strong brackets .

In the side views there are high triangular gables, and there are further loggias at the corners of the building.

The plastering of the building has changed compared to the original, and the tiled roof has also been replaced by other materials.
