The rental villa that the building contractor Ernst Robert Richter had built at Zillerstraße 21 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul was built by the Ziller brothers in 1896/1897 .

The two-story, today, together with fencing under monument protection standing rental villa stands on a high pedestal, the lower part of syenite is made -Bruchsteinmauerwerk. On top sits a flattened and wide überkragendes slate hip roof with hipped - and drag dormers and on top of a roof garden. The attic was expanded in 2004.

On the right side of the main view is a side elevation with a crippled hip gable. In front of the risalit is a two-storey veranda that was later glazed. On the ground floor it is made of massive pillars, on the upper floor it is made of wood.

In the right side view, facing north, there is a staircase porch with a round arch motif as an entrance.

The facades of the smooth plastered building are structured by cornices and corner blocks, stucco elements are placed as medallions between the windows and above them as a crown. The windows themselves are framed by sandstone walls and protected by straight roofs .

The enclosure consists of lancet fence fields between sandstone pillars.
