Villa Bohemia

The Villa Bohemia , originally Villa Augusta , is located at Dr.-Rudolf-Friedrichs-Straße 13 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1893 for the client Ernst Robert Richter by his architect and builder Adolf Neumann .

The under monument protection standing Villa , also known as villa rental classified, is a two story building in the style of the German Renaissance . It stands on a rubble stone plinth, on top is a hipped roof . The rear economic wing, however, has a flat roof .

In the street view on the right there is a side elevation with a volute gable in which the house name can be found above the windows ; on the left in front of the rear position there is a single-storey, massive veranda with an exit on top, secured by iron bars between pillars. In the left side view, too, there is a side elevation with volute gable on the right, in this the year 1893 . In the right side view there is an entrance vestibule.

The bright plastered building is cornices , plaster tapes and stucco arranged and decorated, the windows are Sandsteingewände edged, by keystones or Verdachungen be crowned. Inside, stucco ceilings with rich decorative painting have been preserved.

history

The Niederlößnitz cutlery dealer and building contractor Ernst Robert Richter applied for the construction of this house in April 1893 , the design and construction of which came from the Niederlößnitz master builder Adolf Neumann. The building inspection took place in October 1893. A veranda was added a short time later.

In 1931 a milk shop was installed, four years later, in 1935, an additional apartment was installed in the basement.
