description

The under monument protection standing rental villa is a two story house with a developed, tile-roofed mansard roof . It stands on a broken stone base.

In the symmetrical street view there is a risalit in the middle , which is designed as a polygonal roof house in front of the roof, which is closed by a separate mansard roof. A balcony hangs in front of the upper floor of the risalit with triplet windows . In the right side view to the south there is a massive, two-story veranda with an exit on top for the attic apartment. The parapet is hidden as a tiled roof tape, adapted to the mansard roof situation. To the north, i.e. in the left side view, there is an entrance porch on broad pillars. On the back of the building there is a three-storey extension with a detached mansard tent roof , under which the girls' rooms were originally located.

The smooth plastered building has arched niches on the ground floor above the windows outside the risalits. Within this and also on the central risalit there are vegetable stucco ornaments, as they belong to Art Nouveau .

The enclosure consists of wooden fence panels with base and cover boards as weather protection, which are attached between sturdy plaster pillars. The pillars have brick covers.

history

Master builder Felix Sommer (1878–1934) submitted the building application for his rental villa, in which he also wanted to live , through his construction company Adolf Neumann Nachf . The property was exactly opposite his company headquarters . In March 1910 the building was finished and it was registered for the fire insurance.

The veranda was increased in 1913, and at the same time it was added to the rear of the building.
