Rental villa Johannes Eisold

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The rental villa Johannes Eisold is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Meißner Straße 143. It was built for himself in 1911 by the master builder and architect Johannes Eisold (offices on the ground floor) and was built next to the premises of the building company F. W. Eisold ( Meißner Straße 139), which was run by his brother Wilhelm Eisold at the time. In 1915 the Saxon politician Heinrich Waentig lived on the first floor (at the time at Leipziger Strasse 5), who died there in 1917.

description

Together with its enclosure under preservation properties rental villa is a two-storey house with a mansard - tent roof , which can be counted by the full extension as a further residential basement. In the street view is centered a triaxial buttress , which in the roof as Zwerchhaus is continued with a high, sinusbogig guided gable.

A polygonal stand bay on the left corner of the building extends up to the edge of the eaves. The plastered facades show sparing structuring and ornamentation, the central projection is limited at the edges by pilaster strips .

The enclosure consists of covered wooden fence fields between plastered wall pieces. The entrance gate, which was recently renewed to widen the street, has a high triangular gable.
