The Paul Gommlich rental villa is located at Einsteinstraße 12 in the Radebeul district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1899 based on a design by the architect Carl Käfer . The client was the manufacturer Paul Gommlich, owner of the cement and terrazzo goods factory H. Schröder & P. ​​Gommlich . After the Second World War, the teacher, botanist and ornithologist Friedrich A. Bäßler lived there .

The listed rental villa is a two-story plastered building with a jamb . Above that is a protruding, flat hipped roof with a roof platform. The base of the building consists of polygonal quarry stone masonry.

The four-axis street view is asymmetrical: the two right window axes are formed by a side projection with a triangular rafter gable. In the right side view there is a two-storey veranda, which was built on the ground floor with solid pillars, while the upper storey consists of a balustrade with a wooden structure. In the left side view of the house there is an entrance porch with a short flight of steps leading to the mezzanine floor .

The facades are structured. The windows framed by sandstone are adorned by sills with plastered fields on the ground floor and consoles on the upper floor, in addition there are differently designed roofs, some with plastered fields and rich stucco ornamentation.

The enclosure is a lancet fence with sandstone pillars.
