Rental villa Wichernstrasse 7 (Radebeul)
The rental villa Wichernstrasse 7 is located in the Radebeul district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . It was built in 1903 based on a design by the architect Oskar Menzel .

The under monument protection standing rental villa is a two story apartment house with an attic in a steep platform roof. In the center of the street view there is a two-axis risalit with a curved gable at the level of the attic, raised by an obelisk. Above the arched window in the gable there is a small arched window in the middle. On the right-hand side of the attic, on the edge of the building, there is a polygonal corner tower made of half-timbered and with a cap with a point. Its chamfered corner extends down to the upper floor. On the left side of the roof there is a dormer window, also decorated with half-timbering. The window axis below is divided into corner loggias .
The simply plastered building stands on a rubble base. The windows are framed by sandstone walls.
