Miguel Boock

Miguel Boock (born May 31, 1992 in Hamburg ) is a German football player .

Life

Boock, whose father Helmut Lessig became German champion with the Hamburg Blue Devils , first played ice hockey and from 2006 also American football in the Hamburg Huskies youth division . In the run-up to the 2013 season, he moved from the Huskies to the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes  and thus from the second division to the top German division, the GFL . There he was his father's teammate in 2013. The 1.80 meter long Boock, used as a linebacker and  fullback , won the European Football League competition with Kiel in July 2014 . After two years with the Schleswig-Holstein  state capitals, he returned to the Hamburg Huskies, who had meanwhile been promoted to the GFL. In 2017 he was back in the Kiel squad, in the run-up to the 2018 season he joined the second division Elmshorn Fighting Pirates . With Elmshorn, he made the leap into the GFL in 2019.
