Milan Ohnisko

Milan Ohnisko (born July 16, 1965 in Brno ) is a Czech poet and editor . He is a well-known figure in the Czech underground . He went to high school and studied librarianship , but never graduated from high school . He owned a book publisher with an attached book trade.

Works

Ohnisko's poetry is a mixture of naive art with puns and rational punchlines as well as neodecadence with tragic feelings and quixotism of the outsider who fights against the current. He uses and combines naivety , irony , humor and absurdity .
