The Milk River is a 33 km long right tributary of the Goat River in the Canadian province of British Columbia .

The Milk River has its origin in the north-central Cariboo Mountains . It is fed by a glacier on the northern slope of the 2623  m high Raigad Peak . The Milk River initially flows northwest and gradually turns north. It finally flows into the Goat River, 18 km above its mouth in the upper reaches of the Fraser River .

The catchment area of ​​the Milk River covers around 190 km².
