The Mill Creek ( English for "Mühlbach") is a small stream in Grays Harbor County , Washington state .

It has its source in a wooded area southeast of Cosmopolis . At the edge of the city, it is dammed up to a small pond and then led underground through a residential area. To the northwest of Cosmopolis, Mill Creek comes to the surface again and shortly afterwards flows into the Chehalis River . The Mill Creek Park to the Mill Creek Pond and hiking trails along the creek are for recreation.

In the late 19th century, Charles Stevens from the Humptulips valley built a dam on what was then still called Beaver Creek to run a flour mill with its water. In 1880, this mill became the first sawmill in Grays Harbor County's, woodworking industry's main industry for over a century.
