The Millsite Lake is a lake in the river system of the St. Lawrence River . It is located in the area of Town Theresa in Jefferson County , New York State .

Millsite Lake, which is located immediately south of Butterfield Lake, is very attractive for anglers , as it is home to a large variety of fish species, such as: American char , pike , largemouth bass , rainbow trout , American whitefish , blue sunfish , American perch , yellow catfish , Atlantic salmon , which does not migrate into the Atlantic Ocean as “landlocked”, stone perch , black bass and pumpkin seed perch .

Except in places in the northwest, where there is a parking lot, walkways and a few houses, the lake shore is wooded. There are also a few houses in the south-east of the lake, where the YMCA Syracuse's Tosey Camp took place every summer from 1930 to 1990 on an area of ​​178 hectares . Millsite Lake drains to the northeast.
