Minna Hauttmann
Minna Hauttmann (born December 22, 1840 in Lübeck ; † June 19, 1887 there ) was a German painter.
Life
Minna Hauttmann came from the Lübeck branch of the Hauttmann family of artists. She was a granddaughter of Johann Baptist Hauttmann and daughter and student of Ludwig Heinrich Matthias Hauttmann . She continued her education on trips to Dresden and Munich .
She mainly painted views of Lübeck in oil and watercolor as well as landscapes and pieces of flowers. In addition, she restored old pictures. Her works were shown at the exhibitions of the Lübeck Art Association in 1867, 1870, 1878 and 1886. Many of her works were in private ownership in Lübeck.
