Minuscule 131 (numbered after Gregory-Aland , δ 467 from Soden ) is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament on sheets of parchment . It was dated to the 15th century by means of paleography .
description
The Codex contains the complete New Testament except for the Revelation of John on 233 sheets of parchment (23.5 × 17.5 cm). The pages are described in two columns with 37 lines. The letter to the Hebrews is placed before 1 Timothy .
The manuscript contains Epistula ad Carpianum , Kephalaia, Synaxaria , Ammonian Sections (Mark 234), (but not Eusebian Canon ), and Menologion. There are many errors due to iotacism , and many notable variations.
In the Gospels, the Greek text represents the Caesarean text type .
history
The manuscript was given to Pope Sixtus V (1585–1590).
It is currently in the Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana as Codex Vaticanus Graecus 360 .
