Mirele Efros is a 1939 Yiddish-language feature film from the United States. It is based on the 1898 play of the same name by Jakob Gordin .

At a time when Yiddish film was booming in the United States, this very popular play was remade. In 1912 there was already a silent film in Poland called Mirele Efros .
