Mischa Vetere
Mischa Vetere (born April 1, 1967 in Zurich ) is a Swiss poet , writer and painter with Italian roots.
life and work
Vetere is the son of the Swiss poet Jeanne Degen and the Neapolitan sculptor Garenne. He grew up in Milan and Zurich. His writings have been collected in the Lyrik Kabinett in Munich and in the manuscript department of the Zurich Central Library since 2008 , and the French part of his work since 2009 in the Bibliothèque Municipale de Lyon . His books (design under real name / Parrot publishing house) are in various collections and were included in the MOMA in 2006. Vetere was a member of the AdS and is a member of ProLitteris . After a long stay (1993–2003) in Lyon, he lived and wrote for many years in Zurich. He has lived in Berlin since 2011 .
Vetere has been writing in German, English, French and Italian since he was seventeen, mainly committed epigrammatic poetry. In 1996 he published publications against the German “misspelling reform” and against Islamist fundamentalism. Veteres Art uses formulas and symbols; in “sputnik (of purification)” Vetere explains: Poetry is a precise science . In various works that are critical of science, he refers to his uncle, the physicist J. Pfister. Between his and the late work of Erika Burkart , with whom he had a twenty-five year friendship, there are numerous reciprocal references, such as in Secret Letter (2009) vs. rimbaud dreaming (2008).
