Misher Films is an American film production company for feature films of all genres .
history
The film producer Kevin Misher founded in 2001, the production company Mixers film, having previously at Universal Pictures was working as vice president. Misher Films works with the other production companies, including Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures and Columbia Pictures among the best known. The first film project with the production company was The Scorpion King , the offshoot of The Mummy . This was followed by the Welcome to the Jungle project with Dwayne Johnson , Seann William Scott and Christopher Walken . In 2005 the interpreter project was realized with Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn . The film Fighting with Channing Tatum and Terrence Howard was produced in collaboration with Relativity Media . In the same year Mischer Films produced the film Case 39 with Paramount Pictures and Anonymous Content , with Renée Zellweger and Jodelle Ferland in the leading roles. Probably the most famous project where Misher Films was involved as a production company is the film Public Enemies by director Michael Mann , which is about the criminals John Dillinger (played by Johnny Depp ) and Melvin Purvis (played by Christian Bale ). The teen comedy It's Kind of a Funny Story, starring Zach Galifianakis , was released in 2010.
