Mittelstrasse 58 (Lemgo)
The building at Mittelstrasse 58 in Lemgo , a town in the Lippe district in North Rhine-Westphalia , was probably built in 1559 by the builder Ludolf Crosman for the innkeeper Hermann Corvey. The stone gabled house is a protected monument .
The two-storey residential and commercial building housed the Zum Weißen Schwan inn until the 19th century . The interior was completely changed by renovations.
The stepped gable was retained in its original form, it is structured by gothically profiled water hammer. On the first gable floor there are two coats of arms of Count Bernhard VIII of Lippe, who ruled at the time of construction, and his wife Katharina von Waldeck-Eisenberg.
