geography
Mitterndorf is about one kilometer west of Dachau and can be reached via State Road 2339 .
Coming from the west, the Maisach flows into the Amper near Mitterndorf .
history
Mitterndorf was incorporated into Dachau on May 1, 1978 as a former part of the municipality of Günding .
