Mohammad Ahsan (born September 7, 1987 in Palembang ) is an Indonesian badminton player .

Athletic career

Mohammad Ahsan won bronze at the 2009 Southeast Asian Games in men's doubles with Bona Septano . In the same year they both also won the Philippines Open . In 2008 both had already become world university champions. At the 2007 Summer Universiade , Ahsan won bronze with the Indonesian men's team. At the 2010 Thomas Cup he was runner-up with the men's team. Ahsan has been playing with Hendra Setiawan since 2013 . With the experienced world and Olympic champion at his side, Ahsan won the men's doubles title in 2013 , which they both defended in 2015 .
