The Mohawk Valley Comets were an American ice hockey team from Whitestown , New York . The team played in the 2003/04 season in the North Eastern Hockey League . The home games were played in the Whitestown Ice Facility .

history

The team was founded in 2003 as a franchise of the North Eastern Hockey League , which was held for the first time . In their only season, the Valley Comets finished first in the regular season with 16 wins in 20 games. However, due to financial problems, the team did not take part in the finals.
