The Mole Creek Main Road is a street in the north of the Australian state of Tasmania . It connects the small town of Mole Creek with Deloraine and thus with the Bass Highway (N1) and the Lake Highway (A5).

The trunk road leaves Deloraine in a westerly direction and crosses the northern foreland of the Great Western Tiers . After a good 30 km she reaches Mole Creek on the south bank of the Mersey River . From there it continues to the west, where the Mole Creek Karst National Park is located at Mayberry . From this point the Liena Road (B12) continues to the village of Liena on the Mersey River.
