The Molina Point ( Spanish Punta Molina , in Argentina Punta Quilmes ) is the eastern extension of the Lemaire Island off the Danco coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula .
Participants of the 5th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1950–1951) probably named the headland after a member of the expedition. The namesake of the Argentine name is the 1826 sea battle for Quilmes in the Argentine-Brazilian War .
