Montchoisi is a district of the Swiss city of Lausanne . It is located in the southeastern part of the city.

The district itself is in turn divided into two quarters . These are the Montchoisi and Elysée districts of the same name. In 2018, around 3822 inhabitants lived in an area of 0.524 km² .

location

Montchoisi has a bathing establishment and a large tennis club. The area is more likely to be a quarter of the wealthier population. The Collège secondaire de l'Elysée is also located in the Elysée district.

Public transportation

Bus lines 4, 8 and 25 connect the area with the rest of the city's districts and the adjacent Pully . There are also stops for the Métro Lausanne .

Buildings and sights

The Musée de l'Elysée for photography is located in Montchoisi . At the end of the garden of this museum there is a direct entrance to the Olympic Museum .
