Moritz Baitinger
Ernst Moritz Baitinger (born September 14, 1883 in Waiblingen ; † April 10, 1954 in Herrenberg ) was a Württemberg chief magistrate and district administrator .
life and work
The son of a high school professor studied law in Tübingen, among other places, and passed the higher judicial examination in 1906 and 1909. In 1901 he joined the Lichtenstein association. In 1909 he joined the internal administration of Württemberg and in 1916 became a clerk at the Brackenheim District Office. From 1920 to 1923 he was given the post of a second higher administrative officer at the Württemberg meat supply office and then at the State Office for Cattle Traffic. In 1923 he took over the business of an official administrator at the Oberämter Leonberg and Spaichingen for a short time . In 1923 he became an auxiliary reporter in the Ministry of Labor and Food and head of department at the state supply office. In 1924 he took over the management of the Nagold Upper Office as a senior bailiff . In 1928 his service title changed to District Administrator. In 1935 Ernst Baitinger was appointed a member of the government and was transferred to the Ministry of the Interior, later to the Stuttgart Upper Insurance Office and the district administration.
