The Morse Glacier is a glacier on the Banzare coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It flows 5 km southwest of Cape Morse into the east side of Porpoise Bay .

Aerial photographs of Operation Highjump (1946–1947) were used to map it. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1955 after William H. Morse, servant of the paymaster of the Porpoise in the United States Exploring Expedition (1838-1842) under the direction of Charles Wilkes .
