Mosso is a fraction (district, ital. Frazione ) of the municipality of Valdilana with the last 1,451 inhabitants (as of November 30, 2018) in the Italian province of Biella (BI), Piedmont region .
geography
The municipal area covers an area of 17.23 square kilometers. From 1908 to 1935 there was a station here ( Pianceri-Mosso ) on the (standard gauge) railway line from Grignasco to Coggiola.
history
The town was first mentioned in 962 in a document from Otto I. Since January 1, 2019, Mosso has been part of the municipality of Valdilana.
