The Motortschuna ( Russian Моторчуна ) is a left tributary of the Lower Lena in the Sakha Republic in eastern Siberia .

The Motortschuna has its source in the northeastern edge of the Central Siberian Mountains . It flows mainly in an easterly direction. In the lower reaches the river runs in the lowlands of the Lena. In spring, from late May to June, the river floods . In the summer months of July and August, the Motortschuna also has high water levels. In winter the river freezes. The Motortschuna has a length of 423 km. Its catchment area covers 9250 km².
