Mount Abrams is a 1400 m mountain that rises 4 km east of Mount Brice in the Behrendt Mountains in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland .
He was discovered and photographed from the air by participants in the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948) under the direction of the American polar explorer Finn Ronne . He named the mountain after the American aviator and photographer Talbert Abrams (1895–1990), who supported Ronnes Expedition as a well-known photogrammetry engineer and instrument manufacturer.
