The Mount Bryce is a 3507 m high mountain in the Canadian Rockies on the border with Alberta . You can see it from the Icefields Parkway . Before a forest road was built, it had rarely been climbed because of the difficulty.
The mountain was named in 1898 after James Bryce , who was president of the Alpine Club in London at the time.
