Mount Donaldson is a 3930  m high mountain in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Commonwealth Range of the Queen Maud Mountains, it rises around 8 km north-northeast of the Flat Top and west of the face of the Ludeman Glacier .

The southern group of the Nimrod Expedition (1907-1909) under the direction of the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton discovered and named him. It is named after Isabella Donaldson (* 1885), a British theater actress who Shackleton met on the return trip from the expedition to England.
