Mount Doumani is a striking and 3240 m high mountain in the West Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . In the Queen Maud Mountains, it looms between the Johns Glacier and the Kansas Glacier on the north side of the Watson Escarpment .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1967 after the geologist George Alexander Doumani (* 1929), who worked at Byrd Station in the Antarctic winter of 1959 and explored the Horlick Mountains and Mount Weaver in later years .
