Mount Gillmor is a 2185 m high and largely ice-free mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Usarp Mountains it rises on the southern flank of the head end of the Svendsen Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after the US ionospheric physicist Charles Stewart Gillmor (* 1938), Exchange scientist on Mirny Station in 1961.
