Mount Hennessey is a 2034 m high mountain in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Salamander Range of the Freyberg Mountains, it rises 3 km north of Mount Tukotok .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names him named in 1969 after the aerograph Raymond W. Hennessey, who at the 1957 Hallett Station was active .
