Mount Jamroga is a 2265  m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Bowers Mountains, it rises eight miles east of Mount Gow from the rugged heights between Carryer Glacier and Sledgers Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Lieutenant Commander John Joseph Jamroga (1927-2014), photographer with the support units of US Navy in Antarctica in 1967 and 1968.
