Mount Jennings is a 2800 m high mountain in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Barker Range of the Victory Mountains, it rises immediately south of Mount Roy .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it after Peter Jennings, field research assistant and mechanic in a 1971-1972 campaign on the Evans firn field as part of Victoria University's Antarctic Expeditions .
