Mount Johansen is a 1,555 m high mountain in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . In the Aramis Range of the Prince Charles Mountains, it rises in the south-central part of the White Massif .
The South Group, led by Australian mountaineer William Gordon Bewsher (1924–2012), visited him for the first time in December 1956 as part of a campaign by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him after Sergeant Geoffrey Raymond Johansen (* 1928) of the Royal Australian Air Force , an aircraft mechanic at Mawson Station in 1956.
