Mount Marshall is a 3160 m high and prominent mountain in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises about 6.5 km southeast of Blizzard Peak in the Marshall Mountains of the Queen Alexandra range in the Transantarctic Mountains .
The four-man southern group of the Nimrod Expedition (1907-1909), led by the British polar explorer Ernest Shackleton, discovered him. The mountain is named after the British doctor Eric Marshall (1879–1963), who belonged to the southern group.
