Mount Moffat

Mount Moffat is a 1250  m high mountain in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . It rises 6.5 km northeast of Mount Ege in the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using surveys and aerial photographs by the United States Navy between 1956 and 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Robert J. Moffat, a construction electrician at Ellsworth Station in the Antarctic winter of 1958.
