Mount Owen is a 1105  m (according to British data 1135  m ) high mountain on the Lassiter coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises about 3 km northwest of the Kelsey cliff on the southern flank of the Johnston Glacier .

Scientists of the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941) photographed him during an overflight in December 1940. Additional aerial photographs were taken by the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947-1948), which mapped him with the help of the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey . The expedition leader Finn Ronne named the mountain after Arthur Earl Owen (1927-2000), a participant in his research trip.
