Mount Randall is a 3000 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it rises 4 km west of Mount Riddoll and 5.6 km northeast of Mount Burrill at the southern end of Hackerman Ridge .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1994 after the US cartographer and geographer Richard R. Randall (* 1948), who was a member of the United States Board on Geographic Names from 1973 to 1993.
